My Goals:
*Lose an additional 5-10 pounds through exercise.
*Build muscle and reduce body fat (I need to get measured so I can have some solid goals in this area).



My Program:
I eat a clean diet filled with lots of fruits, veggies and fish. I eat 5 small meals per day. I try to stay away from almost all refined foods. I exercise my body at least four days per week, with a plan.

Other Information:

Hey Ryan! Popping in to say HELLO!!!!!!!!! I hope you've been happy and productive! How has your success with healthy eating and lifestyle come along?

I've been staying right on target these past two month with my diet and staying hydrated, which are the most challenging things for me. I figured I'd stop in and Spread the Spark!
