Hey, Rylee! It's great to be back. What sucks though is that every time I come back I am weighing more and more
I think this time I am just focusing on eating better, then adding in exercising when and if I can. I don't want to overdo anything and just overwhelm my body with denying it of things it wants; just maybe not as much of it. We will see...hopefully it works out this time!
But hey, look at you...down 49 pounds??? That is freaking awesome!!! I am so proud of you
