It's a new year and time for new beginnings. I have a lot to lose and with three small children and a full time job, I find it difficult to lose weight due to stress eating and comfort eating. I have not found that "magic" exercise that makes it fun to work out so i'm hoping to find some motivation and answers here.

My Goals:
to lose over 100 lbs the right way. Eating better, getting good exercise so that i can finally feel better about myself.
When I go to the doctor, they wont have to use the "big cuff" on my arm.
when i put my seatbelt on in the car, I wont have to pull it out so far that it doesnt retract right and the belt gets caught in the car door when i get out.

My Program:
Watching calories, making better food choices and trying to get some exercise in.

Personal Information:
I'm 39, married with three kids and work full time as an ICU nurse.

Hey, Rylee! It's great to be back. What sucks though is that every time I come back I am weighing more and more emoticon

I think this time I am just focusing on eating better, then adding in exercising when and if I can. I don't want to overdo anything and just overwhelm my body with denying it of things it wants; just maybe not as much of it. We will see...hopefully it works out this time!

But hey, look at you...down 49 pounds??? That is freaking awesome!!! I am so proud of you emoticon

Can you recommend any groups or challenges for me to join?
