Happy Friday! How are you Marki?!

I've been back to the gym for about a month or so now, feels good to be getting a routine going again. New ownership, more classes. They added barre and athletic yoga...liking them both along with their strength training and spin classes. Walking Callie and power walking, intervals, hiking etc.

Now to get a handle on my eats.... I'm doing better but needs improvement to get results. Never thought trying to lose 5 lbs would be so hard! Fat loss and toning is more my goal. I don't have much time to listen to EB's podcasts but squeeze them in when I can.

Catch me up on you when you can.

Temps warming up here, bring on spring! emoticon
