Hey there Marki - Stopped by for a visit to say hi. As you know, I've been on hiatis in the workout world and I'm trying to get back on track with a new venue at the gym (strength training, spinning and yoga). Sadly I'm banned from the high intensity level exercise I had done in the past. Hoping this new reginme is the right fit for me now. Meanwhile I have been enjoying walks and hikes with my Callie girl; I'm looking forward to daylight savings to get more mileage in. Thinking of you and wishing you good health and happiness in 2016, and always.
