I am 29 years old and live with my wonderful husband and our two cats. I love my life. I've always felt pretty good about myself, but I'm really ready to stop the yo-yo dieting and really make some positive changes in my life to be healthier and more active long term. I have a lot of weight to lose, but I'm confident I can do it. My sister said to me, "There isn't any food that will taste better than losing 10 pounds feels" and I want a waistline more than I want a doughnut!! So here I am, determined to lose the weight and committed to be a better me!! :)

I'm aiming to be a healthier me -
I will not be a slave to the scale.

It will become routine in my new lifestyle.

    how are you? just wanting to stop in and thank everyone that has stepped up to the plate in mind/body/soul. I really appreciate you wanting to make this team be as great as we know that it can be. I am working on being able to be on a little more now. still waiting to sell the house, and stll working alot, but SP is too important to just not take some time for it!
