surround myself with healthy positive people
So far I have met my goals for fitness... I ran a marathon, ran a half marathon under 2 hours,and placed 1st in my age group for a 5k... Now if only I would be smarter on the nutritional end of things.. I need to make smarter choices in what I put into my body.. So that is my goal now and also to do a triathlon in 2012..

My Goals:
My long term goal is to get down to 165 lbs.To be able to maintain it with healthy lifestyle.. To cut my time down in 5ks runs from 24 min. to 22 min. Maybe do a half of an iron man..
My Program:
I do 3 set of 15 push up and 3 sets of 15 dumbell curls 4 times a week. I do 50 side bends and 3 sets of 15 ab crunshes 5 times week. I run 5 times week average 2 miles everytime.
Personal Information:
