The only way I possibly get enough water in me is to carry a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle full EVERYWHERE I GO. I fill it up in the morning and I figure I need to drink about 2 (minimum) total bottles per day to be hydrated correctly. So, the first fill up ought to be gone by mid-day. I fill it up again and keep drinking until bedtime. And, if I'm behind in the evening...by golly, I bring that water bottle to my bedside and try to sip on it before I fall asleep.
I read your post on what food you couldn't live without and I totally hear you on the exercise front! I love food and abhor exercise. The only thing that gets me on the ellipticle is something good to watch on TV or a good book to read to distract me. (If you like fantasy/sci-fi ish stuff, I recommend Sherri S. Tepper.) You mentioned hating okra. The only thing I have tried so far that I can't stand is lychee fruit. Any way you know to prepare that well? 2021 days ago
