Hi I'm 33 years old and excited to finally get back into living life. I've struggled with weight all my life, but was always able to keep my weight at a healthy range until about 5 years ago. Since then my weight has increased by over 50 pounds. Yikes! Well, a couple of days ago I started back on SparkPeople. I'm soo excited to be on my journey back to who I really am and I'm looking forward to a wonderful future :).
