Welcome to the EE team!!

Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Check out the main page of the EE team- there are ďstickiedĒ topics you may be interested in to get involved- a buddy thread, a place to introduce yourself, weigh-in challenge, a birthday post.

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. Iíve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!

You are- WONDERFUL-cuz youíre you!!! BELIEVE IT!!! operationbeautiful-- END THE FAT TALK!!!

~~best of luck to you on all of your goals!!!

You posted a comment to an article on alcohol and dieting......."My take, unless your in the maintenance mode of your diet, just say no to alcohol. How bad do you want to loose weight? If you're drinking alcohol while dieting, which this article called an "enemy" of weightloss, maybe you should reassess your level of motivation and do something to re-motivate yourself. Alcohol will always be there later when the calories wont knock you off your dieting goals.

This is truley the bottom line for me, you said it VERY well and put the responsibility for drinking and not losing, right back into my lap. Thank you.

I have printed your comment onto paper and taped it to the wall in my bathroom so it will stay fresh and keep me motivated. Whatever it takes, right?
