My Goals:
1. To lose 60 pounds 2. start drinking water everyday. 3. do Cardio exercises 3 times a week. to walk a mile 2 times a week. 4. To eat healthy meals 5.To remember I can do all thing through Christ Jesus which strengthens me.
My Program:
I'm exercising 5 days a week. I'm eating fruits in stead of chips and cookies.
