To meet my weight loss goals.

My weight loss program:

5 days of cardio, attempting to burn 1400 calories a week.

I do three days of strength training and keep up with my fast break goals.

I also keep track of what I consume: calories, fat, carbs and protein. I try to make sure that I stay within the limits of all of them.

And water, that's really important. I do everything better if I drink enough water.
