Went to grad school, and stopped being as active. Need to lose weight, and reshape myself.

My Goals:
to loose weight and tone up. i'd like to feel good in a two piece bathing suit, which i have never in my life been able to pull off.

update: in a tankini, not ready for a real two piece yet, but
that may take years! eek!

my concrete goals are to have my body fat % taken and then lower it to 20%, i'd like to get to 135lbs, but i don't know if that will actually happen. i want my flab gone, tight and toned abs, arms, and legs.

update: finally had my body fat % taken and i surpassed my goal of 20%, i'm at 18.1% !!!

my new goal is 12% body fat, and 138lbs :)

Update!

not sure what my body fat is, but i have fallen off the wagon for sure and gained some weight back :( time to get back in shape!


My Program:
i'm using the nutrition tracker to watch what i eat, and i'm doing 3 days a week cardio. i've lost 53 pounds so far! thanks spark!

update: gained about 20lbs back and have lost 10 of that. need to get back at it!



Personal Information:
i'm from joplin, mo and i'm married with two kids. i love my family and i've lost the baby weight, but i'm still all flabby. i'm ready to get down to the very fit me under all this flab.

update: lost most of the weight, now just trying to get toned!

update:
i may always be flabby, but i will be healthy at the same time!


Other Information:
i want to stop wasting my youth being out of shape, as i approach 29 years on this planet, time is weighing heavily and i'm gonna have to strength train to be strong enough to hold it back :)

update: i'm 30 now, and starting to slip. gotta get it back!
