I have been on this site for almost 5 years. I am addicted to it and try to post every day. When I am away from the computer I find myself wanting to find one to use.
I am just picking myself up from a depressing gain of 40 pounds. So here I go again.
My motto: Stay focused and be determined not to give up. And I will join you with a healthy and happy long life.

My Goals:
I would love to loose all the weight so that I can move better, fit into chairs better, feel good about myself again. Feel Sexy and sassy. That is good for an old gal like me.
My Program:
I am trying to stay on track and take one day at a time. Not to go over 1200 calories a day.
My goal is to loose over 100 pounds and keep it off.
Fit into cloths that make you feel good.
Personal Information:
I was born in Brockton, Massachusetts. I moved to Bradford Maine, then got married for the 2nd time and we moved to Shelton, WA. Now divorced 2 times and have a friend of 20years. My family is back in MA. but the beauty of the North- West keeps me satisfied and will be staying here a long time.
Until I went to Yuma. I really want to retire and spend my last days in the sun and having fun. We will see what the future will be like.
Other Information:
I will be 65 years old this year and I have got into the Senior thing.
I love my little black with white Chihuahua. I love to drive our Motor Home and visit all kinds of places in the USA. I also love to travel all over the US and abroad.
