Becoming a Healthier Me

I'm in my early 40's and a mother of three boys. I work out of our home for our small business and try to keep a balance between work and family.

I'm trying to loose the last 15 pounds and it's been years since I've been happy with my weight. I have scoliosis so I really need to loose this extra weight as I'm only 5'2" and any extra weight puts pressure on my back. I know I can do it I just need to stay motivated and focus on the important things in life: health and family ...

In my teens I had a problem with anorexia and I think in the back of my mind I sabotage myself. Whenever I get below 120 pounds I start to get worried, am I eating enough, exercising too much, etc...

I will begin today:
--Recording everything I eat/drink
--Tracking my Weight
--Recording my Feelings
--Do something little for me each day (even if it's only 5 minutes)
--Don't Sweat the Small Stuff

I WILL get back to me goal weight and feel healthy again!

Thank you for stopping by my page and offering your condolences for our big girl, Isis. We really miss her but we take comfort in knowing we gave her a good life.
