Becoming a Healthier Me
I'm in my early 40's and a mother of three boys. I work out of our home for our small business and try to keep a balance between work and family. I'm trying to loose the last 15 pounds and it's been years since I've been happy with my weight. I have scoliosis so I really need to loose this extra weight as I'm only 5'2" and any extra weight puts pressure on my back. I know I can do it I just need to stay motivated and focus on the important things in life: health and family ...

I'm trying to loose the last 15 pounds and it's been years since I've been happy with my weight. I have scoliosis so I really need to loose this extra weight as I'm only 5'2" and any extra weight puts pressure on my back. I know I can do it I just need to stay motivated and focus on the important things in life: health and family In my teens I had a problem with anorexia and I think in the back of my mind I sabotage myself. Whenever I get below 120 pounds I start to get worried, am I eating enough, exercising too much, etc... I will begin today: --Recording everything I eat/drink --Tracking my Weight --Recording my Feelings --Do something little for me each day (even if it's only 5 minutes) --Don't Sweat the Small Stuff I WILL get back to me goal weight and feel healthy again!
