Thanks for your kind words and for the slice of watermelon. Funny you should pick that. It was the main fruit my parents bought as a kid for a "treat" (there were 7 of us) and I HATED it because we had it so often.
BUT - I've been trying to incorporate it into my diet occasionally because I know how great it is - being mostly fiber and water.
I hope you didn't look too closely at my Nutrition Tracker (I'm thinking of your "you eat healthy" comment). Yesterday we had 30 minutes between my DD's volleyball away game and orientation for school, so we stopped at Taco Bell for dinner. Fortunately, from reading all the articles here at SP, I know I can eat 2 crunchy tacos for just over 300 calories - and my sodium was way low for the day, so I didn't get in trouble there.
If you're ever interested in joining a good challenge, we have a lot of great ones over at Fab 40's. This month we're continuing a mileage challenge we started in August and after Labor Day we'll be starting another one incorporating fitness and nutrition.
