Personal Information:
24 years old. Live in tiny apartment with boyfriend of 5 years. Originally from Riverside, CA and now I live in Humboldt County, CA. 2011 Humboldt State Graduate!
Other Information:
My biggest road block is portion control. If the food is in front of me I will eat it. So the out-of-site out-of-mind approach is what will help me most. I bring a healthy lunch to work and eat healthy all day with only those good foods in site. Then when I get home, I have saved up my calories to have dinner like my boyfriend wants but I can practice self-control.
