Yes I Can

Recently divorced mother of 3 girls, only one left at home. Trying to find the motivation to get back on a healthy lifestyle. I love to exercise when I get it in my mind to do it. I know the easiest thing to do is to walk. I am trying to get back in shape to compete in a 5K in April 2010. Not trying to win, just want to improve my time from 2 years ago when I did my first 5K.
