for jogging i prefer outdoors.. as treadmill gives pressure on knees then.

on treadmill i prefer incline/ fast walking, fat burning workouts

yesterday was a lazy day, so went for swimming instead, it burns more calories in 1/2 hour than jogging :P

so where do u stay and how old are you?
