Watch my calories and eat what is necessary to loose weight and be healthy.
Sounds Great to me.
I am a vegetarian - no meat, fish, poultry or pork.
Limit calories to no more than 1200 daily.

OK Run, you have your goals set. But 1100 calories is slightly low. 1200 is usually the least any doc will want you to have in a day. That seems to be a very small amount but it can make a difference. Some who got to their goal had to increase their calories, then they were able to keep at the right weight. Take this from an old lady!! Your body goes into a famine mode and puts more fat into your cell if you eat too little.
Oh, I wanted to say be sure you find a team you will feel comfortable in. It is a big help to have others to chat with and learn what they did to lose.
