Yep! ;) You can! Cheese and yogurt have been my most difficult items to cut back on. You could do as I am and just try to eat less of those - so if there is any day you really want cheese on your eggs try to do half the normal amount etc.
Honestly, I would say you could cut back on the meat somewhat. Even if you never go veggie like me you could be eating meat less. I'd change your plan to this:
bfast - juice and fried egg but rather than the normal cheese and eggs you could do egg & veggies. I really like very lightly sauteed spinach, mushrooms and onions with a fried/poached egg. You don't even need to use oil if you start with the onions cook alittle then add the mushrooms and cook alittle - they will leak out water. Then add the spinach and your egg - cover and steam. Of course you can still add some hot sauce! :)
mid morning snack - quinoa/tomatoes/green peppers
lunch - juice - spinach salad w/garbanzo beans (or whatever beans you like) and veggies/fruit
mid afternoon snack - combo avocado/nuts/fresh or dried fruit
supper - juice along with the dinner planned w/ family
Alternate bfast: veggie frittata which is very easy to make ahead for a couple days of b-fasts/lunch/snack -like quiche w/o the crust. It's great for using up any veggies leftover from other things. You could add flavor with herbs and spices - so you might not need much cheese - or any cheese at all.
Anyway, just ideas and opinions - whatever you do will be a great step! :)
