I really need to get back to good habits...checked my weight yesterday and I've gained like 8 lbs since I visited you at Thanksgiving...moving in the wrong direction. I really need to get back on track! :)

I'm just going to make a nutrition note rather than updating status or anything like that.

Also, you should add some of your juice recipes to the nutrition notes so I can see what you are drinking! :)

Things are pretty good! I've been struggling with motivation for eating right and working out...but that's not new. LOL! Anyway, if you do the coach thing let me know how that goes. I just need to focus and log everyday. Most important is getting back into my workout routine... *sigh*
