I want my body back!
Hi. My name is Rachel and I am trying to get my pre-baby body back. I am breastfeeding which makes the weight loss a bit more challenging. I know that with hardwork, determination, and CONSISTENCY I will reach my goal. My weight loss goal ~ to lose 30-40 pounds My fitness goal ~ to be fit, toned, and healthy. I am slowly getting in the groove of running again. I enjoy working out... and I enjoy eating just as much... so recording what I eat is a MUST ...

My Program:
I am doing cardio 5x a week. I am doing strength training 3x a week.
