My weight has gone up and down over the years. It's always been a struggle for me. There have been times where I have been almost obsessive about fitness and times where I slack off and put on the weight. After reaching the heaviest I have ever been I decided enough was enough!!

It's going to be a struggle but I know that it is worth it to improve my health and self-esteem.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 25 pounds, drink 8 or more glasses of water a day, hit the gym at least 3 times a week and get back into shape! A bonus would be to run that half marathon I've been dreaming about.



My Program:
I'm sticking to a strict diet of 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Limited carbs. Limited wine.
NO SUGAR.
No more nighttime eating!

Hi! I just noticed that we have very similar goals and wanted to drop by and say congrats for getting to where you are now. Some days are harder than others but I have no doubt that we can do it!

Yes, I am from Washington. I am really interested in running...have run all my life, and I totaly depend on it for my health and attitude!! I started the P90X program this week, and I am sore, but really feel like it works those muscles. Looking to try and get a little toned up before summer. My daughter and I are running a half marathon on the Snake River Saturday morning, so I am hoping the sore muscles don't make for a miserable run.
