My weight has gone up and down over the years. It's always been a struggle for me. There have been times where I have been almost obsessive about fitness and times where I slack off and put on the weight. After reaching the heaviest I have ever been I decided enough was enough!! It's going to be a struggle but I know that it is worth it to improve my health and self-esteem.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 25 pounds, drink 8 or more glasses of water a day, hit the gym at least 3 times a week and get back into shape! A bonus would be to run that half marathon I've been dreaming about.
My Program:
I'm sticking to a strict diet of 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Limited carbs. Limited wine. NO SUGAR. No more nighttime eating!
