    I have found in my own experience of exercising that one of the great ways to get fit and lose weight quickly is by running. However i did find that running outdoors is a bit hard on the joints so I have resorted to running or fast walking on a treadmill. It is less impact but I have still had great results. I would like to know what others think about this and what their thoughts are on running for fitness. emoticon
