This was a great day for me. I've always thought about doing a triathlon. Now that I have one under my belt I'm already planning on how to improve my times for next year.

My Goals:
I plan to stay fit this next year and beat my triathlon time (1:48:52) next summer. Spltis = swiim 19:34, bike 51:20, run 33:22

My Program:
Calestenics, swimming before work running, walking and biking with some strength exercises keep me fit. Eating less huge helpings, mindless eating and a personal chef (in my dreams) will help me with the eating portion. I eat well, but eat way too much!

That would work for me. There might be just a few of us but we have to keep it working. I miss yakking with y'all. You and Demona keep me rolling in the right direction. Maybe we can nicely tell any Debbie Downers that we are not therapists. Shall we start another? Just let me and Demona know where to find you. I'll be there!

Hey, I was just coming looking for you and saw your messages back and forth with you and Demona. I miss our positive group too -- we need a new message board to hang out in! I have a lofty goal and need some of my favorite girls to motivate me!

The Debbie Downers were downing me too much. I miss you and our upbeat folks. I truly can't handle our new gal that has some bummer issues. I still use the fitness and nutrition journal daily. In fact, I'm really fit, lost a couple of pounds and have some races coming up. I have been lurking every once in awhile to see what you are up to. Miss you lady! I'm glad you are running again. My 1/2 marathon is 4/2. So, I'll be back once the Debbie Downer has a change of 'tude!
