I'm an almost consistant exerciser and pretty good eater (when I think about it), and have been looking at the same 10 pounds for years!! I just turned 43 and guess it's time to step up and take care of myself and be a good example of healthy for my family...and if that 10 pounds goes away, well that would be ok too.

My goal is to exercise regularly and eat healthy for the rest of my life.

My Program:
I've been going to bootcamp twice a week and will continue that and even try to add a third day. I will run or walk 3 times a week and I play soccer once a week. I'm logging the food I eat because that definitely helps me to make better choices.

emoticon Happy June!
emoticon Been away from SPARK for awhile due to life's busy chores.
In the last three weeks I have:
emoticon gardened, gardened, gardened. the rainy weather made the grass grow so much, I had 8 new rose bushes, annuals and perennials to fool with and weeds, weeds, weeds.
emoticon My Son graduated from high school and ALL the family came in. I did ALL the cooking for a whole week which meant groceries, cooking, cleaning, and starting all over again. Plus, the house needed to be in tip top shape. Have I made you tired yet?
emoticon Training for that marathon was a priority. I kept up with it and the big day is Sunday. 26.2 here I come. emoticon
emoticon SPent the last two weekends up at the cabin. Boy is there snow and no internet. Trying to fit in laundry and household while working during the week makes it hard.

emoticon Happy October! emoticon Wyoming is still having summer which is very unusual. By now we would have had at least one snow storm and the fire place on. Even at the cabin at 9400 feet, we have yet to light the pot bellied stove.

emoticon The amount of consistency, 500 SPARK points and 1000 fitness minutes awards you guys earned last month rocked! emoticon
Must be finding the secret to the healthy lifestyle.

I have been doing awesome too! I have even lost a little more weight although the goal is to not gain any back for three months.
