Reinventing myself

I'm bored with the person I see reflecting back in the mirror. I am working on ways to let her know that the best in life is still in her grasp, it's just a matter taking steps to get healthier, be more active (what ever happened to that avid hiker?), and start enjoying life to the fullest!!!

To lose weight and get more fit.

To wear a size smaller by easter.

My Program:
Walking on treadmill on full incline in morning for 30 min. and to walk outside for 30 min. everyday

strength training every other day.

Go hiking somewhere fun whenever I can.

Get outside any opportunity I can and work some magic in the landscaping and garden.

Ready to change my life in a positive way.

Feeling very thankful for my health and wishing to make it even better.

Other Information:
Trying to find that silver lining to being laid off. Got some time on my hands so I'm going to try to make good use of it.
