Hey my name is Stephanie and I'm giving this one more go! I just got accepted to graduate school so I have a great motivation to get my life on track! Anything else? hmmm I work at Starbucks and I like pugs...and beluga whales.
After a brief "reevaluation" of goals and outcomes, I've decided to just go month to month, make things a little more attainable. So, here goes for August!
- 170 by the end of the month
- Be able to run 3 consecutive miles by September 1st (I could care less about pace)
- Meet my protein recommendation and five fruits/veggies every day.
- Watch 1 show online per day (AKA do something else, silly!)
Wish me luck, I'll have new goals come September!
I've got my monthly goals up there, but my big fat awesome goals? Just to be happy and healthy in the body God gave me!
Basically I run when I can, walk when I can't and wiifit the rest of the time. If the money situation gets a bit better I might get a gym membership!
I just moved to Seattle to pursue a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy! I love my God, my husband, my momma, running, spending time with friends, my wii, a good beer (or three!), making coffee, drinking coffee, talking about coffee, and other coffee related things!
I'm looking for a fishy replacement for my newly departed Sammy Davis Jr. Jr. He was a good fish and will be missed.
Did I mention I love a good beer?

Hey, Thanks for the comment. What a small world, I used to work there too, for far too many years. I kinda am trying to give it up for both! Caffeine, and calories. I just have a hard time passing on soy chais! I also def. miss the discount!

Yeah, I'm good. Tuckered out from work. I know I still have stuff to do, like emails to check and tents prices to look up, but I'm going to bed! Let's see, I weighed in Saturday, and was up a pound. So I'm super motivated to lose it this week. Running, and tracking my food. And then crossing my fingers. Mom and I are going to sign up to walk a 5k in July. That'll give us enough time to "train".
Now... To go tell Steve to turn his killing video game down...

Hey thanks for stopping by my blog! It's nice to know I'm not the only one who has trouble with incentive! I notice that you live in Bellingham. We live in Edmonds and I have a daughter graduating from Western in June.
