Trying to stick with it, again....
A few years back, I started running and finally lost the extra pounds that had stayed since my kids were born. I felt great and was more confident. But a couple years ago, my motivation started to disappear. I haven't run regularly since then and 15 pounds crept up on me. So here I am--looking for motivation and guidance.

My Program:
Thirty minutes of cardio daily. ST 2 to 3 days per week. Use Sparkpeople and track calories in and out. Yoga or meditation 2 to 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
My name is Pam and I live in Northwestern Wisconsin. Outdoor exercise opportunties are abundant here. My husband is very active and competes in marathon length bike and ski races. So I do those activities recreationally but not competitively. We have two beautiful daughters. One is on co op and will start her fourth year of college and the other will be a junior in high school. I need to get a handle on my own life to show the youngest how important it is to take care of yourself.
