Personal Information:
I'm 32 and a current full-time student working toward nursing degree. A mother of 2 awesome kids! Married 12 yrs! Seems I've been on this wgt loss journey now since my first child was born which is now 10. I'm living today and taking it one day at a time. This weight didn't come on overnight and neither will I lose it overnight.

Hey Girl! So WELCOME Back... It's a NEW YEAR! You need to get back to your Healthy Eating and finding the time for your Exercise. You have to take care of yourself because no one else can do it for you.

Are you doing any running? I have never been a runner but am considering starting to train for a half marathon. Is that totally crazy? It is April 24th.
