If you ran without sacrifice, congratulations you just jogged!

Me + Finish = Victory!!

Running is a road
to self awareness
and self reliance.
You can push yourself to extremes
and learn the harsh reality of
your physical and mental
limitations
or
coast quietly down
a solitary path
watching the Earth
spin at your feet.
But, when you are through,
exhilarated and exhausted,
at least for the moment
everything seems right
in the world. ...

Just stopping by to say to say "hi". I hope things are going well for you.
I have lost 26 pounds so far. I haven't eaten to well this weekend. I need to get back on track. I am still struggling to get the exercise in as a regular part of life

Hi! How are you doing on the 17DD? We are here to encourage and support you! I'm praying that your semester won't be as hairy as you anticipate. I'm a part time teacher in dental hygiene and I totally feel for my students and their stress level. Hang in there, you can do this!
