Welcome to my world....

I'm MB. I'm a single mom. I am a court reporter. I am a runner (occasionally). I recently discovered rebounding. I love it. I love the outdoors. I love to hike, kayak, swim, sunbathe.

I have been struggling with my weight for my entire adult life. Thanks to SP, I have lost 40 pounds and kept it off for about four years. I would love to lose about 20 more. I am tired of being patient with myself. I think I need to get it in gear and put in the hard work of taking off ...

Personal Information:
I am a reformed couch potato. Thanks to Spark People and the C25K program, I can't get enough exercise. I can't get enough of the outdoors. I loathe sitting on my arse and wasting time. There is so much beauty out there yet to be discovered.

I sometimes don't realize how old I am. People repeatedly revel in reminding me. But I truly have more energy now than I had when I was in my 20s.


Other Information:
I love hiking, kayaking, going out dancing with my LOVE (and a whole bunch of other stuff I care not to mention.) :)

I am currently participating in a Biggest Loser Competition at work. It has served me well as a great motivating tool. If you have that available to you, I encourage you to sign up.

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
