My goal is to lose weight and get back into All my clothes in my closet. But more important to feel better about myself and have more energy.
Run at least an hour a day for 3-4 days a week. I add an additional minute each time I run. I am up to 66 minutes so far.
3 young children. 9, 5, 16 months.
My dear husband says I am a Seriuos runner, whatever that means. But I ran 3 miles until 2nd child was born and ran the day b/4 3rd child was born. It really made a huge difference in the weight gain and in getting back into shape. I think I gained some weight back after 3rd child b/c I had to adjust to having 3 children. Makes a huge difference in exercise time and energy. But I am determined to finally get the weight off.
