2013 is the year!!
I am ready to stop doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. The truth is I need to make changes. The first one was to change jobs. I am hoping a new position will allow me the opportunity to focus on what makes me happy.

My Program:
-Get at least 7.5 hours of sleep every night. -Walk as much as possible -Take the stairs over elevatorat work -Stretch for 15 minuts everyday -Drink 8 glasses of watera day -Aim for 6(or more) servings veggies/day. -Avoid processed food. -Eat fish 3 times per week at least. -exercise 4 times a week
