Lapping Everyone on the Couch

My Goals:
Right now I'm working on my Fast Break goals- track my food and exercise, drink 8 cups of water and read an inspirational quote each day.
I'm also training for a Women's 4 miler race on September 1st!

My Program:
I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. I jog 3 days a week and do strength training 3 days a week. The other days of the week I do different kinds of cardio for 30-45 minutes. I drink green iced tea by the buckets!!
