Break 4:00 in a Marathon by age 50. I DID IT!
Start doing road races again. In recent years I have not been consistent with my running and my goal is to change that and become a competitive Masters Runner. I am shooting for the National Masters All American Standard of Excellence 10K time of 48:19. Achieved in 5K 23:13
