I just turned 50 and ran my second marathon (Pittsburgh) to celebrate . . . super slowly! Would like to speed up and lighten up a little bit. Looking for motivation to stop eating chocolate chip cookies and my daughter's leftovers! I'm an emotional eater and I want to stop being one.
