    Congratulations on running a half marathon. I did a 5 mile walk the other day and I truly can't imagine what it would take to run more than 13 miles. Hope you are giving yourself a hearty pat on the back for pushing to such an amazing capacity.

    I just came out of six weeks of crap motivation. Very unpleasant and kind of alarming. I didn't gain, but I had thought I'd be at the 75 pound mark by now (and hoped for the 80).

    So I congratulate you on continuing to move forward despite feeling unmotivated. I think that counts for more, really! Take care, Karen/

    By the way--a guy in my Ottawa group is dong some kind of new running technique (Chi?) that is supposed to retrain the gait and avoid hip/back problems for people who like to do distance running. If you are still getting pain, you might want to Google it.

    Just wanted to say "Hi." tried running last week for a half km, but my knee was sore for 4 days after. So maybe a bit more weight must come off before I can start running. Except for the bus. Which I am doing regularly and CATCHING it.
