It helps us to find out what we are made of." - Patti Summer, Olympic Marathoner Hi, and welcome to my page. As you can probably tell I am a runner for life. I realize that everytime I try to quit. I have tried the C25K program several times , quit, decided running wasn't for me but then a few days later realized how much I loved running. I used to run cross-country in highschool and continued running on and off since highschool but always had to quit for a while and then of course I would gain weight and get out of shape again . So whenever I would start up with running again it was like starting for the first time. So after having a few break ups running and I have decided to become friends again and I am "again" starting from the beginning with a run/walk program. I hope that this time around me and running can become BFF's and I can continue on to greater things like actually running a 5k and then maybe working my way up to a 10k and beyond. So wish me luck and hopefully this time it sticks.
