Thanks for the smoothie. Thankfully ice cream is no longer a problem. Now I'm on to vegan baked goods. I'm getting pretty good at it too. emoticon I hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

Hi Pat..I love HOt Yoga..it is a wonderful workout..100 degrees take a lot to get used to but it feels great on my joints..glad to be back. emoticon

We're on the same path... love to workout... gotta focus on food intake.
Your words sounded familiar to me. I've got the cardio, strength stuff down, now just gotta focus on that 80% nutrition thing.
