Hi! Good luck on your race. I did the 5k per month for 2 years and last year I did 5, I think. This year, I have been running but NO races yet. My daughter got married last month and I had to change my whole schedule for the spring. It was great but a bit crazy! Anyway, I need to do a race soon. I have been playing A LOT of tennis. Last week, I think I played 5 days and twice on 2 of them. Doesn't leave a lot of energy for running. would you like to set a goal or something for us to try to acheive or maybe we could have a comment on how we did every day? Let me know. emoticon

Hi, Saw you gave me a goodie way back in March for St. Pat's day. thanks.
My daughter is getting married and I still haven't reached my goal. Actually, I am 20 pounds heavier that I was a year and a half ago. Very depressing. Sugar Addict (mostly chocolate) is what I am. I am trying to kick it starting today.I won't start tracking until after the wedding. If you would like to have a diet buddy, I would be happy to try it with you. We're close to the same weight and goal. Let me know what you think.

What do you mean it's snowing still? I live in the frozen North and it's Spring here

You are SOOOO right about what you said on my newsfeed: when I'm in control of my healthy lifestyle, it really does have a knock on effect on the rest of my life! In the last 6 months, I've been dressing better for work, more professional because I now feel comfortable wearing cute dresses and heels, I hold myself better, I stand tall and have confidence to state my opinion, the list goes on! I have no doubt that all this helped me get an early promotion. It's SO amazing isn't it?! Life is just so much better when you take control. I love it. emoticon
