My Goals:
My goals are to run at least 3 miles 3-4 days a week and one long run on the weekend. I also want to complete Insanity, because it just really kicks my butt!!

I am going to track my food and fitness everyday. Realizing you can't lose weight with exercise alone...
Personal Information:
I live near Cincinnati, Ohio with my husband and 2 wonderful boys. I love to spend time with my family and run half marathons.
