Hi everyone! My name is Melody, I'm 37 years old. I'm an AF spouse living overseas. I currently teach Kindergarten for the Department of Defense schools and I'm back in school for my 2nd masters. My plate is full, for sure!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight and run more. I've been running since spring 2009 and want my body to show that I'm a runner! :)

I'm counting my calories and logging my exercise. The biggest thing for me is to stay busy so I don't have time to snack!

Originally from Michigan, but have sinced lived in WA, NJ and Germany. I've been married for 7 years and have a 7 year old Boxer/Bulldog, Brody. He is our only child :)

for the comment on my blog, also! I did have fun yesterday with my friends, it was definitely a great idea to get away for a day. Things are good with me and husband, just had to be upset for a little while. Taking those pictures did help also.
