I just turned 40 in February. I've done so many diets over the years, have lost weight, regained it, lost again, regained. Was down to what I think is an ideal weight for me about a year ago, but gained most of it back since October. I have a really bad relationship with food and feel bad about myself most of the time these days.

My Program:
I run 4-5 days per week and ride my bike, usually indoors on my trainer 1-2 days/week. I try to do strength training and core work 2x/week.
Personal Information:
I'm a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but have been living in Arkansas for the past 7 years. I'm a single mom of two beautiful kids, a 13 y/o daughter and a 10 y/o son.
Other Information:
Have completed about 9 marathons, Chicago 1999 (PR 3:38), Boston 2000, NYC 2000, numerous half marathons (PR 1:35), as well as two Ironman triathlons, Wisconin 2006 and Louisville 2008.
