I had sore calves for the first week too but suddenly, they stopped hurting. I just had to push through it! I just kept doing the workouts and after 3 days or so, the soreness went away!
And I agree, its a crappy weather workout because you don't want to be stuck in the house! But you do still have energy to do other leisurely things like tennis or light biking if that is what you were thinking. ~Ang 1801 days ago
