BACK TO THE BASICS!!!

I know how to do this. I've done it before. So I just have to buckle down and do it. There is no quick fix, no magic pill, no fad diet that works for me. I have to get down to the basics. Get my meal plans in order and sit down and right out my workout plan. That is all I did before and it worked. So I am a little upset with myself for wasting all this time when I already know what works for me. But I can't sit around and cry over it. It is time to get up and brush myself off and get down to ...

Hey Girl, Iím doing greatÖMy summer was okay iffy. Itís just summer to me now nothing happening. I canít shake the last of these 25 pounds. After my B-Day and the Labor Day weekend, Iím sure Iíll be able to lock in and do so.

So, how is your summer? I see youíre still struggling, but running those 5ks still. Youíll get back into rhythm. My main focus is just maintaining what Iíve lost. Iíve managed to do that for a whole year, so thatís something I should be proud of. LOL Iím seeing that now.

How the people in your life? Everyone on my end is doing wonderful. I often think they are doing better than me since I'm stressing to hold us down. LOL! But that's the life we women live. I'm going to plan a doing me vacation one of these days. But until then...I guess I'll keep on fighting to lose this weight and balance this home.

You been shopping lately.
I have a new addiction. SHOES, it's not new...I'm just buying what I see is cute, and hubby is really pissed about that. He'll get over it.

Hey Sis, Itís good to see youíre still around and hanging in there.
Congrats on the 7 pounds this month. Iím not dropping a thing, didnít expect it now that I understand Iíve been dealing with a plateau since the first of the year, and now Iím shaking things up to see if I can get my weight moving. Current status on the weight is 161 Ėbetter than 163, but the plateau has been 159-163 on a sliding scale, but it will break. Iím just so happy for you! Keep on pushing.
