I'm a pun-loving and fun loving transguy looking to leave behind worrying about weight and the...um...exciting health history a lot of my family shares as I enter my 40's . My Goals:
Shooting for 125, trying to see what it would be like to run at that weight instead of heavier, and looking to enjoy the ease of movement and higher energy I feel when I'm a bit lighter.

My Program:
I'm tracking what I'm eating, drinking 8 cups of water a day, and exercising: running, using SparkPeople strength and stretching videos and some of the cardio videos, too. Just not all on the same day.

Definitely think of me as a person you can reach out to when you want to touch base about that stuff. I can only imagine that's gotta be tough in a small town.

Thank you for posting a link to your shower-blog. That was an amazing and inspiring read; you must be very proud of yourself. I also work from home and hardly ever get outside in my small town. I don't mind too much but sometimes when I go to a fitness class I remember just how out-of-place I feel being the only genderqueer person walking the streets. Sometimes it's just nice to be reminded other people have the same feelings. So thank you for that. :D

Thanks RunderDog! One of the things that has helped me keep my fitness minutes up is that I've had an accountability buddy that I check in with weekly. But she just got injured and is not able to continue :(

Any chance that a weekly check in would be helpful to you? The way that it works for me is to know that I need to check in on Monday about goals like this:

Last week's goals
Mon: yoga am - DONE
Tues: Dailey Method am, dog walk pm - DONE
Wed: yoga am, Brazilian dance class pm - DONE
Thurs: dog walk - DONE
Fri: jazz class afternoon, salsa class evening - jazz DONE, salsa cancelled so I took a bath instead :)
Sat: Salsa class am - DONE
Sun: Brazilian class am - DONE

This week's goals
Mon: swimming am - DONE
Tues: Brazilian class evening - DONE
Wed: yoga am, dog walk pm - yoga DONE
Thurs: 3 hour dance retreat
Fri: 3 hour dance retreat
Sat: 3 hour dance retreat
Sun: Brazilian class am
