I have roughly 15-20 pounds to lose and I would like to run another half-marathon very soon!
3 days a week of total body, heavy weights, muscle confusing strength training followed by HIIT and as much cardio as my little heart desires on the other days! I love spinning and running...I like to ride bike trails with the hubby and do anything outdoorsy!

Hey girl! I was so glad to see you're back and that you're ok. I myself and very tired right now. I am doing well, I should be in Onederland this weekend! So exciting! First time in about 11-12 years! Can't believe it. So that's the first milestone in my journey. I have a ways to go. I set my ticker for 185 (I'm lucky in that I carry my weight pretty well overall so I can weigh more and look like I weigh less) but I may change it once I get to that weight. I will have to see how I look and feel. So glad you're doing well and congrats on being in the 130's again! :)
