FOOD: Around 1200 calories of CLEAN food. I'm eliminating the junk from my diet because it feels so much better. EXERCISE: Run 4-5 miles 2x per week and a long run once per week (Flying Pig 1/2 Marathon Training) Strength Train 2x per week
