I'm so proud of you and what you've been able to accomplish. When we become our own cheerleaders, anything is possible! It's all about loving yourself enough to keep trying.

Oh, and don't feel too bad about the strength training. I can't seem to stick to a routine for more than 2 days. Just. Freakin. Hate. It. emoticon

Happy Saturday! Hope you are having a good weekend so far. Thanks for commenting on my blog. To answer your question as to how logn it took to not be tired all of the time....well, thats hard to say. It was just such a gradual change, but I would say that within two weeks of working out I was starting to feel better. It helped that I was doing workouts that I actually liked, instead of trying to force myself to do workouts that I didn't. (I love yogaLes Mills Pump....but I don't like zumba, for example.) I discovered that the way to feel less tired was to workout and get stronger.
