Getting Stronger

Dear Me, You are a beautiful, intelligent, funny and caring human being. You have learned new healthy and effective coping mechanisms. The protective layer of fat is no longer needed. You know what your obstacles are and you''re ready. You know how you tend to self sabotage yourself and you''re ready. You know how the BF is and you''re ready. Just need practice keeping all the balls rolling no sweat after the first few months or so I hear, we''ll conquer this devil Consistency or die trying ...

Thank you for leaving your encouraging words on my Spark page. If anyone would have told me 5 years ago that my weight loss would one day inspire others, I would have called them nuts. I still struggle, so if you find yourself struggling, drop me a line. Thanks again! emoticon emoticon

Happy Saturday! Hope you are having a good weekend so far. Thanks for commenting on my blog. To answer your question as to how logn it took to not be tired all of the time....well, thats hard to say. It was just such a gradual change, but I would say that within two weeks of working out I was starting to feel better. It helped that I was doing workouts that I actually liked, instead of trying to force myself to do workouts that I didn't. (I love yogaLes Mills Pump....but I don't like zumba, for example.) I discovered that the way to feel less tired was to workout and get stronger.

Have a happy Easter! emoticon

“The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance.
The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you, as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose.”
