Regarding the Ab Carver...you determine how hard it is to use by how far you extend yourself...so it can be extremely easy or extremely hard. One thing to do though is to determine how far you want to extend the body and use a wall or sofa to prevent the wheel from going any further out. All the best to you, have a great day.

Thanks for stopping in at my blog. I ended up alternating heat & cold on the neck and finally got a little more sleep. Had been averaging 4 hrs. a night. Also, dealing w/ a lot medical, dental appts. for some of the kids & myself (nothing serious). Regardless, the stress is there.
