Hello! I joined a couple weeks ago and am still getting used to this site. I am also from the Midwest. You sound a lot like me. I also love tv, movies, anything that involves sitting! Add to that a love of food which is why I am where I am now! Finally put in my first day of exercise today. Have spent the 1st two weeks just thinking about it. I do have a spark tracker which I love! Any way how dee!
“Above all else, do NOT quit! The universe always bows to persistence. The empowering approach is to see your physical challenges as assets, because overcoming obstacles forces you to develop discipline, determination and character. These traits will carry over to other areas of your life and make you a stronger person.” -Tom Venuto
Thank you for commenting on my blog, "My First Workout With Les Mills Pump." Have a healthy new year!
no, I don't think it's crazy to not want another pet. I know a lot of folks who just can't bring in another animal when their long time companion dies. Some because of what you feel, some because they don't want to deal with the heartbreak of losing another one, some because it just doesn't work for their life any more.
as long as I can care for them, I'll have a dog or two (or more!), and they will always be in the house. I love my dogs so much. I still miss he ones that have crossed the rainbow bridge, but the ones I have now have all helped make that loss more bearable.
